History

Monica Barajas, proudly Mexican, began in the industry in 1996 as a promoter at a money transfer company, where she started working on taxes and company filings. Monica's goal has always been to support and celebrate Mexican and Latino culture. MÉXICO MÁGICO was founded in 2007 as a tax-only practice.

Our name came from wanting to welcome the Mexican community in New Jersey and to strengthen Hispanic culture and ties in Passaic and the surrounding area. We wanted people who heard the name México Mágico to feel comfortable, recognised, and proud of their roots. Although our audience first seemed to be only Mexican, we soon began welcoming every nationality, focused on advising the Latino community.
